iTester Talent is designed to help controllers (your company) meet obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR when processing candidate data.
Our role
For candidate and recruiter data in your workspace, you are the data controller and we act as the data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Our DPA, including Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, is available on request — email privacy@itester.com.
Sub-processors
We maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors and notify customers of material changes before they take effect.
Data subject rights
- Access, rectification and erasure tools available in the workspace.
- Export of candidate records in machine-readable format.
- Configurable retention windows per pipeline and per job.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures, including encryption and access restrictions.
