This Privacy Policy explains how iTester Talent ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you use our recruitment platform, careers websites and related services (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (account details, job posts, candidate profiles, resumes, assessment answers and interview recordings) and data we collect automatically (device, log and usage data).

2. How we use data

  • To operate the Service and deliver hiring workflows you configure.
  • To screen, score and rank candidates with AI when explicitly enabled.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
  • To improve the Service in aggregated, de-identified form.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under contract (operating your workspace), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), consent (where required) and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors that host infrastructure, send email, and provide AI inference, all under written data-processing terms. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain candidate and assessment data for as long as your workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards, subject to local law and your configured retention rules.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@itester.com to exercise them.
