These Terms of Service govern your use of iTester Talent. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for the lawfulness of the data you upload (including candidate data).
2. Acceptable use
- No discrimination, harassment or unlawful hiring practices.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing access controls.
- No uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Service.
3. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice for the next renewal term.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in the data you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Service.
5. AI features
AI-generated scores, summaries and recommendations are decision support only. You remain responsible for hiring decisions and must review outputs before acting on them.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access for security or non-payment. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
